Forum Room - London - Photo album

Let me check in early at 8am, super friendly and professional service at the front desk and a really great price. The rooms are on the smaller side and a bit dated but clean, comfortable and quiet which is really the most important thing. Stayed at a much more expensive older hotel during the same t
We have stayed here before. We were impressed with it the first time. This time not so happy by the cleanliness of the room. Sorry, I know the staff work really hard but the mirrors were dirty. The bath wasn't clean. The taps were not clean. The floor not properly vacuumed. We did not have enough ji
A good, albeit subtly tired hotel. Breakfast as an extra is pretty expensive, but a good spread. Not sure what goes on with room service. Sometimes it's great and daily. Other Times the room is forgotten about. I was marginally frustrated by the comedy shower which decided to flood the bathroom...
Okay so the rooms are dated but it was clean. For the price and location it's a good hotel. Only stayed the one night so space wise it was more than adequate. Tried breakfast and was fairly good not a massive range but what they did have was done well. The best thing is probably the staff who w
Only stayed one night here whilst on a mini-get away. The price is the number 1 most attractive aspect of this hotel. considering the location of the hotel the price we paid was very very reasonable. The basic room was a bit on the dated side and probably needs a little TLC with the maintenance staf
This isn't supposed to be some posh hotel but for what we paid we had very good service, the room was cleaned everyday and we enjoyed staying here. The only thing that did annoy is was there were no sockets next to the bed. So if you needed to charge your phone it would be done the other side of the
Clean room, bins emptied every day. Good selection of hot drinks. Fridge in the room. Toiletries in the bathroom. Really impressed with the overall experience. We didn't book a breakfast, but we did have it one morning we fancied it and you just go and pay for it.
Super comfortable, the disabled bathroom was huge, everything we requested was put in the room prior to arrival. Blue Badge parking was free which was an amazing convenience for us. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and happy to go above and beyond for us. The best customer service we hav
We booked last minute for my wife's 50th and our wedding anniversary and on the whole was pleasantly surprised. Nice personal touch by leaving a birthday card for my wife. Thank you so much, it was really appreciated. Excellent location for the Tube station (Gloucester Road) which is literally less
I like this hotel it's nice to relax. The rooms are clean and the hotel, everything in place regarding the pandemic. When I arrived Friday evening the staff that booked me in was a bit stand offish which passed me off plus I was tired came from work. Since then the rest of staff very polite and help
Not a bad hotel, good facilities. But.. Noisy outside at all hours if you leave the window open, bed was very creaky. Adjoining doors to next room was broken so didn't lock. Food from the joined "pub" took over 30 mins to arrive (just a burger and chips) but staff very friendly otherwise.
We were booked here for a convention, and I admit at first I was disappointed to be staying in an American chain rather than a traditional European hotel. After reading some reviews here, I expected a disaster. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel throughout my stay. Our room
Very convenient for London; hotel is 2 minutes walk from Gloucester road tube station. Reception staff are always very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms have everything you need and many offer great views. They aren't the newest of rooms but everything works.
