I went for the autumnal 10-course tasting menu with for my partner’s birthday yesterday and we had a great time. Everyone was really friendly, warm and knowledgable. The decorations/cutlery/custom ceramic plates and dried flowers created a nice ambience and the open, home-like kitchen felt as if we could relax and settle in more compared to other tasting menus we’ve done. In a very good way, it was like being in a really nice house rather than a super upscale restaurant. All the food was incredible and very much upscale. We loved that there was a non-alcoholic drinks pairing and appreciated their sustainable approach. My partner is vegetarian and he said that the vegetarian options were the best he’s had at a tasting menu. Such a delicious and really lovely experience - will definitely be back to try other menus!

We ate here for my boyfriend's birthday lunch and couldn't be happier with the experience. The restaurant is beautiful with tons of natural light, stylish furniture and beautiful details like the dried flowers, ceramics and silverware. The food was absolutely lovely with well balanced flavours and textures, creative without being pretentious. The front of house staff took great care explaining the different components of the dishes, as well as the drink pairings. One person in our group had the non-alcoholic drink pairing and she was served super interesting sparkling drinks and a savoury tea. We had a great time and I'd love to come back and try next season's menu. Until then I'll be dreaming of the treacle financiers.

Amazing experience, think this is our favourite restaurant in London now. Each dish was so well put together in terms of taste, texture, the presentation. Wine pairings worked really well too! Can’t wait to be back for the summer menu Edit: went again for the autumn menu, and just as amazing as we remembered!

Absolutely amazing! The food was SO delicious, one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Each course and glass of wine is explained by the chefs or a member of the team who were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was such a nice touch to speak to each member of the team and the information they gave on the varied ingredient sources blew my mind. The amount of consideration into each course is exceptional. The layout of the whole restaurant is amazing, to see the preparation and cooking process is so great! Not to mention the beautiful dried flowers! I would 100% recommend The Water House Project for an evening to remember. Thank you for making our first wedding anniversary so special. We will definitely be back!

Really surprised by how much I loved this place. The staff were fantastic, always trying to go the extra mile. As an example, they saw I had a water bottle, asked if I'd like it filled up and kept cool in the fridge. Then bought it out without any questioning when we asked for the bill. Amazing! I had the veggie set menu, and it really blew me away from the first taste. The mushroom and truffle flavours are devine. The star of the show for me was the honeycomb and sweetcorn "pre desert", like nothing I've ever had, blew me away. Both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks pairings were great. The non alcoholic ones were fascinating concoctions, with complex and delightful flavours. You don't miss out not drinking here. Highly recommended.

This is one of our favour places to eat. We've been going to The Water House Project since it's early days when it was benches and long tables in a tile factory. The new location is a big open space with where you feel in the heart of the kitchen. Gabriel and his team work in full view of the dinning tables and the service is amazing. I'll usually have the normal tasting menu which changes every season and my wife has the vegetarian version. The food is always delicious and inventive. They use in season produce and take the time to explain each dish to each table. Option for wine or non-alcoholic drinks is available. if you opt for the non-alcoholic drinks you'll get to try flavours you've never though of putting in a glass before. Never had a bad meal and always felt looked after by every member of staff. We'll be back for our next celebration dinner. Photos from the tasting menu in April 2023.

This is one of the best meals I've ever had. Every dish was spectacular. Usually with these long tasting menus they forget about dessert but Gabriel delivered 3 incredibly balanced desserts. Im not a dessert person but i wish I could come and eat those desserts again! The wine was free-flowing and this was just all round a great experience!

Wow I got taken here for a birthday dinner and it was fantastic. We had gone to a famous michelin starred restaurant last year and I personally was underwhelmed. This however really felt special and unique. Small courses but left feeling full. Very unique wine pairings. Go if you like being adventurous. nice relaxing atmosphere. Lovely talking to the head chef. A great almost 'chefs table' experience.
