Amazing service from Fabio (sorry if I have spelt the name wrong) he provided the best service I’ve ever had in a Nando’s really upbeat and nice made my day brighter, and the food was amazing thank you!!

Great service by Ricardo Jr . 5 stars for being professional & easy going with a smile when I had trouble using nhs discount .
Elizabeth you were not very nice Took me from hungry to hangary by wasting 10 mins of my time struggling with the app & not only that when we tried to order the chocolate cake with ice cream , she charged us for the full rate gelato saying that we should have specified a ‘scoop’ . Noticed her being impatient with other customers too . Rest of the staff were polite .

A group of us ate here before the Pride Party at the RVT. The manager was really friendly and really polite when telling us that they were needing to close, he wished us a good night and a happy Pride. This kind of customer service made us feel very welcome, and improved our experience immensely. A lovely Nando's restaurant with great staff.

The Nandos restaurant is a different place in terms of its architectural structure. This Nandos gives the impression of an internal tunnel or subway. the shape of the position of the chairs gives the impression that you are inside a train. It is a modern and cozy restaurant. The work team is super friendly... The food is fine, maybe I could pay a little more attention to the chicken when cooking since one of them was very dry and it was hard to chew... the rest of the food was good. Thank you!!!

My first time at Nando’s in Vauxhall arches and we were met by a beautiful smile from Charlie (girl) at the front desk. Charlie made the ordering process really easy and enjoyable. Charlie would be the reason we would come back to Nando’s in Vauxhall arches and feel that Charlie should run the place as Charlie’s attention to detail and courtesy went a long way. Nando’s should be proud of what Charlie has accomplished and recognise Charlie’s service to Nando’s Vauxhall arches. Charlie for manager!!!

We had quite a delay with our food and it was missed from our order, but Bryan was SO lovely and professional and resolved our issue for us. He welcomed us when we arrived and was genuine & kind throughout. Thanks so much Bryan 🤗

Fantastic customer service. The manager Pat and the two servers were lovely. Very helpful and attentive, making sure our meals were okay and we received our desserts when ready! Food was hot and was served quickly. Thanks

Nando's the best fast food restaurant chain in London, so we expected great food anyway. This specific restaurant at Vauxhall was very uniquely designed, I really liked it.
The bathrooms are also very clean and very private. Thank you, Nando's. Keep up the great work! Also, I love PERI salt.
