All around a great experience. Took longer to select food from the menu than for it to be prepared/ready i.e. fast service. Fair pricing. Delicious food and drinks. Healthy or less healthy as you choose.

The chicken nuggets are a bit dry, but the environment is nice. It would be even better if there was access to toilet!

Weekday lunch and after work hours are great, good quality food as far as chain fast food goes, nice matcha drink and decent burger/fries/rice boxes. In this one the atmosphere is particularly nice and comforty and there are many seats avaliable.
The 1st Chai Latte with Oat I had here was made to perfection but my subsequent 2 visits for the same drink was simply average. Kinda sad too for my last visit I believe I ordered it to be extra hot but it really wasn't nearly hot enough.
Overall a decent fast food option. Also check out their student discount.

It rarely disappoints. Great vegetarian fast food, relatively healthy, made with fresh ingredients. Love the app which allows me to place the orders ahead of time.

I love the vibe of this branch especially in the morning or evening when it is not as busy as lunchtime but still buzzing with a cool atmosphere. There is a lot of seating and the branch is nicely laid out. The automated ordering machines are good and easy to use, plus you can see calories. You can also order in advance on the application on your phone. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The flatbread was good. My slight markdown is that it wasn't that busy and a number of tables were left dirty where people could have sat. Other than that, I would recommend.
