Such an amazing team with impressive athletes and top level coaching. All of the classes are really great, from the cardio intensive striking to the wrestling and grappling. My only regret is not joining sooner!

Love this place! The trainers are literally walking encyclopedias, I've learnt so much in the years I've been going, never felt stronger, physically or mentally! Family vibe, cannot recommend enough. LSF is a place for growth, grateful to have found it 🙏🙌

Great club and team. I mainly train Bjj and all the coaches are high level black. The place could do with a face lift but otherwise is a great place to learn new skills.
