The Plough

Has 45th Birthday food and drinks yesterday evening. The service was great, the staff friendly & the food good. The catered for adults and children. Had a lovely evening with family and friends. The food is value for money, fresh, hot and very tasty. The staff were so accommodating and really enjoyed their interaction with my guests and I. I highly recommend this establishment it has lovely decor and also a nice garden. I'll definitely return.

I made an impromptu first-time visit to the Plough with my husband for weekday lunch. We were both very impressed. The first thing we noticed was the fresh and stylish decor as we stepped through the door. We also received a cheerful welcome from the bar staff. It's clear that The Plough is achieving a good balance between serving its core drinking audience and those who want a great dining service. Really lovely interiors, clean and attractive Ladies bathroom (which I'm a stickler for), polite servers, quick service but most of all the food was delicious and great value, I have to say. I've just phoned Sam to ask about something and he was ever so helpful and gracious - so here's a thank you to Sam! We will be back again for sure.

He is also very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu, and he is always happy to make recommendations. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at The Plough. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a meal or a drink.
