I love the place. Go there often and sometimes twice for breakfast and lunch deal. I work locally and walk past Pret. I've never witnessed any of the nonsense described re: harassing of customers for food. I would note though, it's not just a staff problem if stuff like that happens. What? You - as a human - can't step in and ask another human to leave the uncomfortable humans in peace? Come on now, cheap shot. Also not worthy of a 1 star! Perspective people.

I had breakfast there a couple of days ago. Nice food and a good deal with breakfast and tea, cosy, and the staff was really friendly. It was really nice!
