Very professional and friendly staff! And lovely choice of food and drinks. They use Birchal tea which is really nice. Better than majority of similar stores. Also really good barristers. He made the coffee exactly the way I requested even though I'm a bit fussy

Eat are a great alternative to Pret-A-Manger, and in my opinion do make better sandwiches. They also have some nice hot food choices, their pies for example are well worth a try if you are partial to the odd posh pie. The Eastcheap branch I have found to always be clean, and I have always managed to find a seat, even during lunch hour. It can get a little crowded at peak times, but then again most lunch spots in the area do as well. The staff are friendly and helpful, I can't really fault it.

Typical chain. Would definitely recommend this one for one reason: tourists from the sky garden don't know it's there, so compared to the near by coffee shops, it's much less crowded. :)
