Starbucks Charing Cross Road

Just been to this cafe. The guy who made me those 2 drinks was fantastic. Not only that, the drinks were perfectly made. Smooth foam. Love it. I think his name was Nathan. I've been to so many Starbucks around the country, and I have to say he makes the best drinks. He knows his stuff. If i were to have my own cafe, i'd hire him as senior barista.

Cosy Starbucks near Tottenham CT Rd tube station. Coffee and cakes are the same as at every Starbucks which probably goes without saying what I like with this branch is the layout of the shop, you can sit and enjoy your coffee without having people knocking down your table. Instead you can enjoy the view of the busy Charing Cross Rd.

Lovely pleasant atmosphere with a very friendly and able staff. The tables are always kept clean eventhough the seating is limited. The sandwich selection is extremely limited as well as the other snacks. However there seems to be a good selection of sweets like cakes cookies croissant. There is also the healthy fruit option in the shape of a banana. There is always seem to be a queue but is to be expected as the cafe is situated in a very buzy area.

I hated the Starbucks hot chocolate and the guy who served me, (american, name not noted) really went out of his way to explain that there is 2 hot chocolate mixes... the classic and signature. Turns out after the samples he gave me to try, I do love a hot chocolate at Starbucks, the signature one but was automatically getting the classic when previously ordering. Even though I was really blunt about how disgusting I found the classic one, his coolness and patience with me... encouraging me to try the two... well, after I asked to try the other one and he gave me a sample, I ended up buying it and will now no longer boycott Starbucks as often as i do except for convenience sake, due to not serving my fave hot beverage in a style I enjoy... now I will buy my hot chocos here more often. I just basically think his customer service deserves a reward. My visit is litrally just now, thursday 17th at 20:30pm... at Tottenham court road, round the corner from the station towards Charing cross, that venue. So yeah.... give him a treat or something... pay rise or something, something Starbucks!
