Costa Coffee

This Costa has a nice atmosphere and the music is relaxing and plays at the right volume. I was served very quickly and the female assistant was bright and cheerful. The shape of this Costa is square but it feels spacious. They have a good selection of cakes and everything is laid out well at the counter. They have some comfortable seats around the shop too, all of them are padded. The only slight problems I had was that the Americano I ordered was slightly less hot than normal, but not so bad that I needed to ask for another one, and an assistant left the front door open when she collected the chairs from outside and it felt cold. However I think she had to leave them open to make life easier for her.

This Costa is a nice airy one. It has the usual things on offer and plenty of good soft seating. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service is good. They don't try and clear your cup away when you're taking your last sip of tea (unlike Caffe Nero @ Oxo Tower). In short, a nice place to enjoy a cuppa in peace 😁

We are regular visitors to Costa, and this one in particular. Food and drinks are always excellent; the staff are friendly and the cafe has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The only bad comment is the toilet! It nearly always smells disgusting! Separate toilets for male and female customers would much better! This is the only reason why I haven't given 5 stars.

Genuinely the nicest Costa I have been to. The staff were friendly and relaxed, and made an effort to create good looking drinks. My normal experience of costa consists of the barista boredly shaking some chocolate through a template, so they really surpassed themselves. Atmosphere was nice and not too busy.
