Honestly, as good as the food is, it’s the banter with the staff that brings us back every week! Charmaine is a dream - remembers your usual order, cracks a joke and is genuinely happy to help you. Ozzie/007 is almost as suave, but still brilliant at having a laugh and always asking how you are/things are going based on remembering your last chat. Having the place opposite work is definitely handy, and the prices are great for what you get. Don’t change, dream team! 👏🏻

I ordered cod fish and chips! Freshly cooked, crunchy breading or coating but soft and juicy fish meat inside. The chips were not oily and rightly cooked. I did enjoy this meal! Neat presentation in the box and the chef hss been pleasant. Generally the shop is clean and tidy.

The food was decent, portions are generous and prices are very good for what you get.
We were served by the lovely Charmaine; she was super sweet and made the whole experience great for me and my friends. Would definitely revisit if she's behind the counter!
