My wife and I ordered the bun box as a snack to share - one pork bun and one chicken, it also came with a coleslaw. When you order they give you a little device the lights up when your food is ready, which is handy so you don't have to listen out or anything! Spitalfields was pretty busy so we then had to try and find somewhere to eat...,! In the box we got, the coleslaw was very nice, the pork quite nice but I didn't really like the chicken that much. Would try this place again.
I was staying nearby for work and easily at Yum Bun 3 times in 2 weeks. I seriously could not enough of these delicious buns! There is almost always a line, but they are well worth the wait. My favorite bun was the Korean chicken, it was perfectly fried but still juicy. The lunch special was plenty of food at a good price. Would highly recommend Yum Bun for a quick, and yummy lunch!

Ordered pork bun and chicken bun, very tasty! True Asian fusion :) the pork bun is bit similar to the Beijing duck approach. 9.5 pounds for 2 bun. Not too many choices but good enough for workday lunch. Only downside was the queue was too long during workday, had to wait 20+ min.
These are the best buns in the neighborhood. Quite expensive, but the price goes is line with other places around as well. Chicken bun comes with chilly, a bit hot but super tasty. But my favourite is the pork bun. Definitely recommend. Better coming a little earlier than a standard lunch time to avoid queues and long waiting time.
I do like this place, everybody loves the fluffy bao and this didn't dissapoint, had the bun box where you can mix n match 2 types of bun, comes with vege gyoza and a tasty slaw. I went for 1 fish, 1 pork...they were both really tasty pork won on flavour and those 2 were actually enough for lunch, quite filling..not soggy at all which can happen. Loved the variety and a deal, will be back!
So yummy! Got the pork bao & chicken bao. Tasted delicious, good value for money in my opinion, as I got the set of 2 (which I think cost £9.50? before discount) they also had a 15% NHS discount which was great! Love it and would definitely have it again.
The buns are indeed yum. We have two each, surprisingly filling, didn’t need the Gyozas. Also sell ginger kombucha, really good for the gut
My absolute favorite take away food in London. I have recommended this place to so many people and they are always pleased. All of the buns are great (they have vegan and vegetarian options) but I love the Chicken Bun best. I always ask them to not add chilli since it is quite spicy. If you can, try to get the Bun Box because you get two buns of your choice, an Asian slaw salad and two gyoza. This always fills me up… but I always want more. It is just so delicious! It is not the healthiest choice but it’s a wonderful treat. Also, the staff is always upbeat, friendly and efficient.
Another one of Spitalfields best. For £11 you get the bun box with two buns and two gyozas and a salad / coleslaw. It’s super tasty and flavourful!
