Server was lovely. Cocktail was delicious. Lobster was a little underwhelming on its on and the butter sauce makes this meal. I think the lobster roll is much nicer and have had it several times but wanted to try the lobster. I upgraded to the chunky truffle fries which were deliciously crispy. Overall I’d come back but probably get the roll or try some of the sides.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Burger and Lobster in Harvey Nichols. The hospitality of the managers, Chittagong, Mike, and Nadia, truly stood out as they were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The food was exceptional, with the lobster roll being a highlight - perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The Wagyu burger was also a delightful choice, delivering a delicious and satisfying taste. The combination of fantastic food and excellent service made for a memorable visit that I can't wait to repeat.

Excellent service, the staff are very friendly and happy to help. We had gone around 5pm and we're pleasantly surprised they had a happy hour so the drinks worked out very reasonable, nice cocktails. The food was great, we had the combo: the lobster was cooked well, the sauces want really well with it. The lobster roll was excellent no wonder everyone seemed to order it. The burger was good, nothing special and fries just usual. The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of Harvey Nichols store so if you aren't aware might struggle to find it as it doesn't state on their website. Overall a great place with very nice atmosphere, probably best to go during happy hour think it's 4-6pm.
