We have five of us get soft serve gelato and Mango-Coconut was excellent. Also highly voted was strawberry cream. The toppings aren’t for me but I guess if you like fully loaded go for it. The portioning was inconsistent when served in cups and could be more for the price. The staff member was very friendly and quick for close to closing.

I'm not sure why others rated this place low. The soft serve gelato is delicious. The ice creams taste exactly like the flavors, they are bursting with flavor. My son loved it so much we went back basically every night we were in London. Fantastic product, great price and great service.

Good “machine” ice cream or however it’s called. It’s not like gourmet gelato places, it’s a different type of ice cream which I also love. Added sprinkles on top. Yummy! Unlike other reviews here, staff was friendly and nice. No issues paying by card.
