Well, what can I say? Those who know me understand that the sesh chose me. I opted for 'Ballie Seshlehem Part Two' in Edinburgh, an obvious extension of 'Seshelem Part 1' in London. In 2021, I was blessed with my first visit to Ballie. Just as lockdown ended, I was suffering from severe sesh withdrawal. I gathered my pixie friends from 'pastyland' and let me tell you, we made up for a year's worth of wall-staring. The ball pits were spacious and clean, and the music was downright impeccable. Never before had I been so eager to have balls in my face. I personally inhaled so many creative cocktails that I, too, was bouncing off the walls. At one point, I got so tangled up in the ball pit that I started resembling a modern art installation. My friends had to perform a rescue operation, and I emerged from the colorful abyss like a sesh superhero. We returned that same weekend, and I'd be lying if I said it wasn't because we have an affinity for balls. Recently, in October 2023, I ventured to the Edinburgh venue with my step-sister. This time, we secured a table and lucked out with a splendid spot, along with complimentary shots and pizza on top of the cocktail trip package we booked. FYI, the cocktail trip package is a must! It's such good value, and the pizzas, too (disclaimer: no actual 'trip' was induced 👀). But if you're looking for a different kind of trip, just stepping into the venue and seeing those UV wall designs might do the trick! Anyway, there's a giant slide, and I might have enthusiastically yeeted my step-sister down it. The ball pits are slightly more petite than those in London, but come on, THERE'S A SLIDE. The ball pits should come with a warning (no, not the one you're hoping for, don't get too excited). When you emerge from the ball pool, your hair will be standing on end, and you might get a mild static shock if you touch anything metallic like the bars. I'd say this is a downside, but apparently, electrocution is the only thing that reminds me I'm not entirely dead inside. The staff were friendly, and it was evident that they like their job at both venues. The venues themselves are a stroke of genius, and I'm already plotting to give the Cardiff venue a whirl next year. Now, you might be wondering, 'Have they showered this girl with bribes for such a glowing review?' Well, let me present you with two options. One, I've been known to sesh so hard that I've sported the club version of beer goggles, and truthfully, I've fallen into that delightful trap more times than I'd like to confess. Or two, I'm a PhD student juggling a dash of mild, undiagnosed ADHD, still attempting to decipher the elusive concept of work-life balance. I'll leave it up to you to choose😏 Overall - 10/10 would recommend 🤹🏻‍♀️🛝🍹 P.S. My sincere apologies to the Ballie Instagram team and owners. It's not just my friends who have to endure my constant social media updates; now you all have to endure my endless story and post tags too 😅

Ballie Ballerson in London offers a vibrant and energetic atmosphere that’s perfect for those looking to have a fun night out. The highlight is undoubtedly the ball pit, which adds a unique and playful element to the experience. It’s a great place to let loose and enjoy with friends. However, it’s worth noting that the prices of drinks at Ballie Ballerson can be on the higher side, which may not be ideal for everyone’s budget. Additionally, the venue can get quite crowded, and the space can feel a bit congested during peak hours, which might not be ideal for those who prefer a more spacious setting. In summary, Ballie Ballerson is a fantastic spot for a fun night out with its playful atmosphere, but it’s important to be prepared for the higher drink prices and the potential for crowded conditions.

The ball pit experience was not only loads of fun but also a great way to relive some childhood nostalgia. The colorful balls and playful atmosphere immediately put us in a cheerful mood. It's a fantastic place for adults to let loose, have fun, and make lasting memories.

Came here for a friend's birthday and the ballpit had a great vibe. It wasn't too packed but it was fairly busy which is expected for a Saturday night. They have a VIP area, a bar, bit of a dance floor, a photo booth and the arcade style basketball hoops to keep you entertained! I would say that they need to provide more seating, either bar stools or high chairs because there were a lot of people just standing around because there aren't many places to chill unless you've bought the VIP booths. It's a big enough space to introduce more seating and there will still be plenty of space to dance or walk around as well. The ball pit itself is massive and allows many people to be in there at the same time. A lot of people keep to themselves but as groups, it's cool to mess about and chuck balls at different parties because it makes the activity more fun and lively. I guess you can't help boring people out there that get offended if another person engages with them or is playful 😂. Our group was a size of around 8 so it's good for small to medium sized groups that want to have a bit of fun and chill in a ballpit. I can understand that the novelty can wear off and it puts off returning customers because there isn't enough of a pull to bring you back for more. All in all, a great place for drinks and to have a laugh but the difficulty this place has is persuading people to return.

This was the best bottomless brunch I have been to. There was so much choice for drinks. The pizza was actually good too! The ball pit was so much fun. Rachel was our table host and she was so great, we didn't wait for anything and she made us feel so welcome. Really attentive customer experience. Can't wait to come back.

This is a great bar in London to go too, £20 for a wristband to be allowed entry into the ball pit not bad otherwise it’s basically free entry if your going just for drinks, the drinks are fun and they have cool twists on some of there drinks also prices are standard London price £10-15. Only reason I didn’t give 5/5 is just because the dance floor/bar area is a tight squeeze especially when people are dancing against you and your tryna order at the bar can be pretty hectic. Also if your gonna be in the ball pit don’t wear a jacket you get pretty hot pretty fast.

Me and my friend had the absolute best time! Such a great atmosphere, good vibes. Joe the DJ was smashing out the tunes! The people working there where great, and really made our experience the best it could be. Got searched on the way in which was expected. Mo, Julie and the other guys working the bar where fantastic, hardly any wait for our drinks throughout the time we were there. It does get super busy, so there may be some delays... bare with them though it won't take them long. The pizza's were coming out super quick, thanks to the chef, Deepak and the other people who brought them to the table. Note, if you have special request/allergies they may take a little bit longer... definitely worth the wait. Steevy was awesome. Kevin and all the security guys were really friendly, smiley and happy to take our photo. Would definitely go again.

Hello, Millennial here, was blown away by our time at Ballie Ballerson Friday night. We booked an early booth thinking if we felt a bit out of place with all the young'uns we could soon poke off after our two hours. But there was no need- the place had such a fun vibe!! Jodie really looked after us well, top lass. The food - wow! Beautiful pizza ! Truffle like it's hot = 🤌 Great cocktails too - so much fun in a glass! The most surprising thing: NO STICKY BALLS! I was expecting the ball pit to be a little gross. Not at all! Had so much fun. Lobbing balls in all directions high on sugar and life. Thank you Ballie for all the fun!

If you want to have an amazing time, just go to this place, I had a great experience there. The day that I went there was a show going on and they made our day even more fun. The staff is really friendly, pizzas are very good and drinks too. Then, what can I say about the experience with the balls...just wonderful. The atmosphere is great. I just can say I loved it.

The only reason I gave this a four is due to the confusion of our table at the beginning. we placed a booking with a voucher, when I found out we be standing I upgraded us to sitting to get a v.i.p seating. We was not told it would be sat at a bar, initially there was no bar stools. We thought when we upgraded to v.i.p it be seated at a table booth area. This took 20 mins to sort out. The manager was great and sorted seats and then refund of what we paid extra. The experience its self is fun...like being a kid but with perks! Drinks, ballpits and good music! Such a laugh! Drinks and pizza flowed. It is a 2 hour slot so dont be late. Staff are great super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.
