Amazing Caffe Nero branch and it is great that a delicious Coffee shop is open on Saturday until 6.30pm.I visited the branch around 5.20pm on Saturday 20th February and the weather was brilliant today hence I expected it to be busy. I love Caffe Nero and I confidently can tell you there Coffee tastes better than Starbucks, Pret and Costa and I drink lot's of Coffee. Today's visit I wasn't intending to get a coffee and I wanted a Frappe Milkshake today. I ordered a Vanilla Frappe Milkshake at £3.55 it was slightly expensive but really delicious. It was elegant and creamy! The lady who served me on Saturday at 5.20pm was brilliant! Her customer service was amazing! However, why was there only 1 employee? There was a good 9 people in front of me in the queue of course she would be overwhelmed and stressed. The branch can get really busy especially on Saturday afternoons so I did have to wait a while . However, the branch was clean with social distancing protocols strictly in place, well stocked and with a wide choice with lots of sandwiches, panini's and toasties available! The branch is well located opposite London Bridge Station and only a 3 minute walk from Tower Bridge via More London Riverside. Hence, it can be busy with all the tourists. Overall, I strongly recommend that you do order from here because despite the price everything is delicious! My only advice to Caffe Nero is for more lunch options in terms of cold sandwiches.

The staff were friendly and polite. The store was clean and someone was on the floor clearing tables regularly. The coffee was good and the blueberry muffin fresh as always.

Amazing customer care I felt very well, was served everything inside with a cutlery. The carrot cake was amazing and coffee great too (the beans weren’t overly roasted so even black coffee didn’t taste too bitter). Also there is plenty of seating space inside and place doesn’t feel busy on Sunday afternoon.

Airy, modern and spacious. Only 3.00 for large cappuccino. Quite a few dirty tables though.

I'm not a fan of Café Nero, but this place is a positive disappointment :) However, the one thing I didn't like is that poor girl was working alone in the bar, and she seemed very stressed - for a reason, I must add. No worker should be left on her own on a busy morning, it's just not fair. The service was great anyway, so well done :)

I always visit this cafe around weekends for a sip of Raspberry and cream latte, crisps... while reading my book. Very comfortable seating, spacious .. however mostly occupied. Great place to meet friends over coffee after a walk around Trafalgar Square

This cafe Nero is hidden away and it is great! From the outside it looks small but when you go in, there is quite a lot of seating. There are sofas available, armchairs and also mini booths for a bit of private conversion. There is also the normal table and chair which are just as cosy to sit in. When we sat down they were quite busy. The seating area we choose was an armchair and sofa with table. The table was stacked with empty cups, plates and trays. We ask if it was possible if someone could clean it, and they had no worries at all doing it when there was a gap in the rush of customers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bathroom there that you can access with a code as a paying customer. The atmosphere was really cosy and comfortable. Music isn't too loud and was just right to have a quiet relaxing conversation. On a cold winters day in London, it was a great place to stop off and have a breather, and then back out to see more of London.

probably the only Caffè Nero location that serves "eXpresso" shots 😄 . Also, they’ve got great staff and friendly service.
