Very clean throughout, good service, great food, what more could you want from a restaurant ??
So it was my first time trying five guys just because I don’t like flat patties and most of the chains like Mc, Burger King uses thin and flat patties.
Five guys wasn’t an exception but surprisingly I liked the burger!
But if I go back I would definitely order beef hotdogs! The taste was nostalgic! And not every place has beef dogs!
There were seats downstairs but when you are in S.Ken you have to sit outside and enjoy the vibe
Great atmosphere food and service. Would be nice if they had a few more chicken options but we all had a great time there. It was a bit of a shame that the lift was out of order
As always, the food at five guys was absolutely delicious. The South Kensington location was very busy and nearly no tables were available, also the lift was broken, so the location was not very accessible. I ordered and received my food quickly, however, my burger came missing toppings. When I went to go and enquire, I was simply given a pot of mustard and a tub of raw onions. Not a massive issue as I understand they are busy. Overall a good experience.
Busy when we went, but expected on a Sat lunchtime. Lots of underground seating (where the food is ordered and collected) some outside covered seating which is nice for a fast food joint. Smashed out the food surprisingly quickly. Helps having a Limited menu. Burgers are big bucks but double patte and unlimited toppings make for a tasty personalised burger. Large fries is plenty for two adults. Milkshakes pretty good too 👌
Toilets are upstairs through an unlabelled door - the code is on your food receipt.
Must come for the fries! So far the nicest fries in London.
Every burger order comes with fries; we didn’t know that so ordered an additional small fries
In terms of portion, the little burger is quite enough for female; the regular burger contains double meats and becomes too thick to eat. Plenty of drink options!
Remember to grab a seat first if you want to dine in. The South Kensington branch is definitely a busy one!
Friendly staff! Your order gets ready quickly! Great cheeseburgers and fries. Try their mayo on your fries next time.
This is my favourite branch of Five Guys. When I really want a good burger, fries and more add in flavours to a milkshake this is the place to visit. Great staff and atmosphere. The music could be better but I didn’t come here to party. :)
One of the best burger chain out there, not only is their burge juicy and delicious, but you can select the topping you want in your burger.
I love their mileshakes, you can mix random flavour to keep it simple, their fries delicious.
Although their food are pricey, they are so worth the money.
They are also offering peanuts that you can nibble on while waiting for your food.
This Five Guys branch is opposite the South Kensington station and offer a very big space inside but have a small patio outside.
Came here later evening and there were few people inside but it was not long waiting time. The staff were all professional and kuddo to the staff saw i was ackwarsly struggling carrying my take away - i just had miskake and a burge, so he offered to out the milkshake in a bag to avoid it being spilled as well as offering a big bag to put my stuff in.
Being in Kensington, I expected to see laods of posh people smashing a 5 guys....I didn't.
They forgot our fries, which was weird as that constituted 75% of the bag. We went back, and they gave us a sack of fries bigger than a labradorite dog. I can only imagine how many years this took off my life. That was pretty sweet, though.
The burger was spot on, although I'll never financially recover from taking the whole family.
Great place for burgers! Tasty, large portions, everything superb! Service was spot on as well, asked us about allergies, how to prepare our burgers and even helped to clean up spilled drink without asking. Very attentive, perfect experience
