Chanced upon Baker & Spice and decided to pop in for a quick lunch. I was pleasantly surprised with the cozy and warm ambience. I love the sharing table and the wooden fixtures. Coffee was good, not outstanding. Food was also alright. I'd recommend this place more for breakfast or brunch.

Stopped here for a quick coffee and pastry and I was surprised. The pain au chocolat was very buttery and tasted very well. The coffee (skinny latte) was also very well made and tasted great.
The space is also quite nice, indoor and outdoor seating.

Good local cafe for breakfast and coffee. Always busy though so waiting periods for service can be a challenge at times.

I visited there recently with a friend from abroad and we both enjoyed it. The pastries were out of this world. My friend is vegan i have to say there is so much variety here for her.
The staff were polite and friendly and the quality was excellent.
She is still raving about it and wants a baker and spice in germany now.

Good coffee! Variety of dishes, we had a couple of fresh salads that tasted great and a salmon kebab that was yummy too. Service was good as well, we enjoyed this cafe!

Baker & Spice is another member of the great, fresh and tasty coffee/Restaurant spots. A rich menu of eggs, musli and salads for breakfast and a good looking prepared food to eat in or take away for your lunch or dinner ( lasagna, pies and more). Great friendly stuff and service as well. Highly recommended in my opinion.

One of my favourite cafe in Maida Vale area.
Good atmosphere and very good salads, food and bakery section. Staff are nice, with little bit smile on their face would be lovelier. Price a bit high from what you get.
Will I go there again? Absolutely Yes!!
