Beautiful pub! Trying to visit British Museum we got stuck in here for a whole afternoon. Saturday mid-day it was quiet and perfect chatting and getting drunk with a friend. We ended up spending one hour at the museum.

Horrific customer care! My friend booked a Karaoke evening and paid a £150 deposit for the room. Upon arriving they had double booked us, were extremely unapologetic and told us to go somewhere else. Not only did it put a dampener on the evening but they haven’t returned the £150 deposit!! This was now 3 months ago.
Food was ok. My aperol spritzer was lovely but the espresso was horrid. Staff aren't the greatest though perhaps because it was off peak time.
Nothing short of a scam. Double booked our pre-paid booking with another group, so not only with no communication did we turn up and were not allowed entry - they still haven’t returned our deposit, over £100 lost - avoid at all costs!
