Wow!! The Chicken Thigh burger was absolutely delicious with the Comeback Sauce!! You can tell when food is made with love and this place knocked it out of the park!! Great fries, milkshake and dessert too! Great vegan options also. The service is on point - friendly, smiling faces all around. Clean restaurant too! We’ll be back for more very soon! Update: visited the newly opened Southgate location today and it was as good as expected! These burgers hold up and don’t fall apart when you’re eating them! Great food and service! I love this place! You should try this place!!

Ordered the Venison smash burger and soft shell crab burger through Deliveroo. Both with chips. The food was good but I think Beef would have been better over Venison. Chips were good. While ordering it’s confusing which sauce I should use as they name the sauces and you’re not sure what’s in the sauces. I had to go on their website to check what’s what which is bad for a fluid ordering experience. Stick to normal names and have good recommendations for each burger rather than the same for every burger

I'll first start by saying that I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE. been here so many times and couldn't recommend it more. my experience today was not a usual one though. The state of my venison burger was not up to the standard that it usually is, the burger looked like it had been burnt on the grill and scraped off. Also there were several large pieces of pickle in my burger (much larger than how they appear in the picture). I just thought it was soo odd that they weren't thinly sliced and that the ends were included in my burger - which has never been the case before today. Maybe there have been some changes in staffing in the kitchen. I really don't want anyone to get in trouble but it's so important that the same amazing standard is maintained all the time so that customers keep coming back. I still adore this place and hope my experience isn't the same next time.

I travelled 2 hours snd 4 trains for this!!! I swear you won't be disappointed. I wanted to amazing whole crab burger and of course had to double it up. The burger was of course messy but that good kind. The best thing was how crispy the crab remained with the sauce. The staff was great very attentive, warm and welcoming. The place is clean, tidy and just right for a bite to eat. I honestly would recommend this every time. I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu, if its anything like this burger they are on a clear winner.

I can honestly say hands down this is some of the best food I've ever had. They have the juiciest, sauciest chicken thigh burger which has been consistently amazing each time. Their chips are crisped to perfection. The customer service is on point and the staff are friendly and just all round good people. The desserts are fresh and good portion sizes too and for the price - you just can't go wrong.
