Longboys

There’s a new lady serving who is fab. She explained each donut carefully and provided excellent customer service. Yes it’s not cheap but a treat for a special occasion? Why not! Fresh, tasty and beautifully made. I ordered 6 different ones in a box as I couldn’t resist. My favourite one today was the Easter Edition one. Yum! Happy Easter!

Very good donuts the sweetness balance and quantity of fillings were just nice and the texture / batter of the donuts were of quality. I bought a box of 3 yesterday evening and they were pretty good tonight when I had them. Shoutout to the lady working at Wembley Box park yesterday evening - she was a real gem. However, even for London standards - £3.9 per donut (£11.50 for the box of 3) is over priced. Typically I’d pay for quality but that price for 3 donuts is steeped and needs to be flagged. Hence for the price a star is taken off.

This begin with an apology with smiles because I don't know about Longboys at all. Last week we passed the shop and stopped in our tracks because the pastries were eye catching!  I bought the Chocolate & Orange, Lemon Meringue Pie and Tiramisu Longboys.  I sliced the pastries into bite size so that we can enjoy all the various delicious flavours without over indulgence.  They are fun food to be shared with people.  As promised, the Longboys sweetness is just right.  The brioche has a good texture and is soft, not dry.  All the Longboys tasted exquisite.  I like to recommend you to give Longboys a try when you have a bit of budget.  Longboys will make wonderful gifts too.  Thank you chefs for your great effort!  Cheers, Morgan.
