Went for the first time ever today as I’m working in the area for a few days . Really was something special . No idea why it’s called John Charlick Foods because this is totally old school London Italian and absolutely fantastic . È stato un piacere : Grazie 🙏🏼 mille ragazzi !

I have used John Charlick for catering lunches for groups of 10-12 people and there is always more food than we can eat. Their famous Chocolate cake is the talk of all my guests. If you happen to be around Grays Inn Rd don't miss a chance at a real treat that is John Charlick's food. Really Value for money.

This is, quite simply, the best sandwich and salad shop in central London. High quality food with sandwiches made to order, everything is beautifully seasoned and very reasonably priced - you'll never waste a penny on Pret again. My favourites are the roast chicken and avocado ciabatta and the sausage and hot chutney sandwich.

I order lunches from Charlicks for my meetings and Training Days at work.
I am Celiac (no gluten) and vegan, which I understand is quite difficult to cater for and many caterers in the past have served a very basic salad. The salads provided by Charlicks are delicious, with roasted vegetables, green leaves, lentils, avocado (i could go on) and a fabulous dressing.
It feels as thought every ingredient has been cared for... 5 stars!
