Small cafe at Waterloo. Lots of choice of quick food sandwiches ,pastries ,crisps,coffee teas, water, etc......... lots of staff and quick service considering how extremely busy it was.

My favourite place to grab a morning latte. Staff are always friendly, service always efficient and the coffees consistently tasty. I also love the fact that they have a lo-fi loyalty card system that doesnt require downloading an app or paying for a monthly subscription. On a few occasions I've also had an IPA as it's got excellent seating over the balcony, a great place to watch the world go by.

I had a wonderful experience at Benugo Cafe. The service, particularly from Beema, was exceptional. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the cafe was also delightful, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend Benugo Cafe for a great dining experience.

I had a fantastic time at Coffee Cafe Benugo, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Beema. Her welcoming demeanor and attention to detail made my visit truly memorable. The coffee was superb, and Beema's friendly assistance added an extra layer of warmth to the experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of the great coffee and top-notch service!

Did a quick stop at Benugo Waterloo while waiting for the train and were very impressed with the many vegan options.
And also the staff - the person at the till had such kind joy in doing their job, which really makes a difference!
Same for the person who handed us the coffees - very kind and lovely attitude!

I'm not giving 5 stars because we only had ice-cream and a cup of tea here so I don't know what the food is like. It's an easy place to get to by escalator and you can watch the crowds below while being in a quieter atmosphere.
