My best branch in London very helpful staff specially Hamza

Friendly staff, nice new ice machine. Prices really have gone up by a lot so not buying food at the moment. Like in a lot of Prets toilet has been out of order for a long time.

Good sandwich nothing special just much better than mc Donald or Burger King

Lovely selection. I put a 4 star because one worker was acting snobby and ignored my request to give me a bag. I don’t know why some sales assistants act snobby, because they’re just working a 9-5…

Staff were very helpful and service was quick. Drink good and food tasty.
If you need to use the bathroom, you need to get a code or ask them to let you in.

The tall guy (who I think is Spanish but I might be mistaken) who works here is the happiest friendliest guy I’ve ever met. He’s in a better mood at 8:30am every day than I am at most times during the year. Great way to start the work day!

Spanish man is the nicest best manager I’ve ever seen in a pret! He’s so great and all the team are too. I love this pret has a very community feeling vibe.
