Food and beverage are good, in line with all others shops in London.
The service is so so but sufficient.
The atmosphere is very good, good music, the place is very spacious, lots of plugs for charging your devices.
The only really negative point are the toilets, not enough cubicles for such big place; there is always lots of people waiting for using it.
Starbucks even recently renovated the place but the toilets issue is still there.

Very busy coffee shop! Great service coffee good as always but the toilet facilities were dreadful people queuing for ages and finding dirty facilities when they finally made it through the door! There is more to running a coffee shop than great coffee.

One of the larger Starbucks in central London. The interior is nice, and the top floor also has space to work with charging ports.

This is one of the best Starbucks we have ever visited. Dio was amazing , we went inside around 2020 hours and he allowed us to use the changing room for kids , also provided milk for them. Thank you once again!
