Just about to finish living here and go back home and my experience has been pretty great overall. I lived on the 9th floor across from a building site which could be noisy but never really bothered me but it was quiet overall. Occasional plumbing issues but were rectified very quickly and staff were polite and friendly (at least in my experience). The fire alarm would sometimes go off at around midnight and give me a heart attack but I suspect this was the fault of other tenants and not the staff (and what's life without a bit of surprise anyway 😊).
