Asian fusion restaurant isn't particularly hard to find in London and Itsu is one of them. I prefer Itsu due to its variety of taste, from Japanese to Thai. The interior was that of a fast food restaurant, with those grab-as-you go shelves and self-serving counter. They're still pretty nice to the eyes, though, and the seatings were quite comfortable. Will recommend Itsu if you fancy Japanese cuisine with a twist!
We went in the afternoon so there was decent choice. Apparently if you go after a certain time everything is reduced in price as they make and sell the food fresh on the day. The food was good, we had avocado and salmon sushi and it was really nice, the edamame weren't great though. Sushi is always a tad expensive so the prices were as expected. The staff were friendly as well and you could charge your phone at the tables.
If you like sushi and Japanese food this is your place. Their food is always fresh, beautifully displayed and the ambiance of this place is just lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the self order machines as I haven’t been to Westfield since the beginning of the pandemic. The machines are easy to use and no queueing. They have a good choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and sushi including soups, dumplings, noodle/rice bowls and rolls.
More relaxing dining experience compared to the food court where you are constantly on the lookout for a vacant table. No waiting around here, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and friendly. The dining area is clean, bright, and airy.

Delicious sushi at itsu, served by super friendly people, which makes you have a wonderful experience.
I went to Itsu yesterday and had a great time. The girl who serviced me was very kind, friendly and helpful. I ordered Miso soup and salmon sushi 🍣 😋. Delicious and fresh. The restaurant was tidy and clean, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Healthy food, zero waiting time to pickup the food, competitive price. Many seats available and more at the upper floor. ITSU belongs to the fast food category but completely different: you don't smell fried food, no long queues and no loud customers. If you're looking for burgers, fried chicken or chips than try somewhere else. The menu are mainly based on salmon, rice and vegetables.
Good prices, good taste, fresh and healthy ingredients. I loved it. It was pretty empty at 11am, so the service was really fast.

The quality of the food, especially for the price, is exceptional. The variety - sushi, gyoza, soups, rice bowls, smoothies, granola - is inspiring for anyone who wants to eat well.
There's also a great choice of snacks, which are equally well priced.
This cafe has heaps of seating and it has been really well designed allowing space for individuals and larger groups. Available inside over two levels, as well as in a kiosk space just outside the store, you can take a seat in a quiet corner or eat and people watch. The tables offer USB ports, elevated tray shelves and bag hooks under the tables.

Definitely one of the healthier fast-foods I've eaten. I had the new meatless meatballs dish (vegan). Generous portion. Needed more taste for me. Service was friendly and decor was nice. Worth a visit. Better if they didn't serve animals as food.
Had two classic sushi , was delectable and cheap paid only 10£, so far this is the cheapest meal in London
It's all card based now you don't have to go to a human (although it is an option) which means the nice and fast, with 4 different payment points. Good selection of food lots of seating and always clean
