More relaxing dining experience compared to the food court where you are constantly on the lookout for a vacant table. No waiting around here, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and friendly. The dining area is clean, bright, and airy.

Definitely one of the healthier fast-foods I've eaten. I had the new meatless meatballs dish (vegan). Generous portion. Needed more taste for me. Service was friendly and decor was nice. Worth a visit. Better if they didn't serve animals as food.

It's all card based now you don't have to go to a human (although it is an option) which means the nice and fast, with 4 different payment points. Good selection of food lots of seating and always clean

Jeff and the team are amazing at keeping the shelves filled with great tasting sushi and hot food! The restaurant is always clean and bustling with hungry shoppers, kids and adults alike!
Really liked how the setup was, quick fast delivery of the food, both pots tasted good and had all the amenities to change the flavour should you want, Itsu is a well priced meal for London so would definitely advise to head there
