Nice burgers, very good chips, recently they put the prices up though, which is disappointing and makes me less likely to order regularly.

This place is excellent. The burgers are some of the best I've ever had and the shakes are great too! A real shame there's not more people visiting it at the moment because it's a gem. Good, fun decor too. If American diners are your thing then this is a great find!

Had a good meal here, and we all left satisfied. I tried the hot wings and the Texas burger and would recommend both. My mum had some lamb and enjoyed it too

Food was very tasty and portions were very good. However they were a little slow at getting the food out.they also need a kods menu as they havent got one. I can recommend this place.

Finally i have found a great place to eat. I eat gluten free and they made for me a nice chicken burger with salad...i had an amazing burger. and lovely sweet potatoes fries...the service is really nice, and guys are always really pleasant.

Ordered chicken wings for a starter (4 pcs. £3.50) and a lunch menu American Burger with chips and a drink (£5.99). First came in... the burger, followed by a starter 5 minutes later :) The waitress apologized and I could see it was a busy day for them. The burger was delicious, juicy and fresh, although should be warmer. As for the chicken wings, should have added £2.50 and order another lunch menu instead. Those were tiny, overflavoured, overburnt and dry. So don't bother. But all in all it was a nice lunch with free Wi-Fi and good music in the background.

Really enjoyed my Hawaiian burger, my son loved his milkshake. The chips were very disappointing, kind of soggy and tasteless. But I would definitely recommend burgers. I love the décor here. Nice little place.

The best things about Uptown Burger isn't the burgers. In fact the burger is probably average.<br/><br/>The milkshakes and starters (wings and lamb chops) are so tasty! If I ever go back, I'll order just those instead of the burger - they were top notch. Friends enjoyed the burger, but there are so many better burgers out there in my view.

Uptown Burger Co. In our humble opinion is one of the superior gourmet halal burger joints in London. Numerous pretenders have popped up recently, but just checkout the Meaty American burger in the picture, & if your mouth isn't salivating, you are not alive. The burger was uncomplicated, with clear flavours emanating from the beef patty, sausage, ketchup & cheese. Highly recommend this place for people who care more about taste, rather than style.

You know what, i had relatives who tasted it when it first opened but was disappointed by the quality of the meat used. By saying that, within the patty it had the crunchy bits which shouldnt be in there. I thought after a month or 2, i would give it the benefit of the doubt.. but after ordering the classic beef and chicken, the beef had the crunchy bits. Really put us off. Being around the corner, i thought it would be great but i doubt i would go there again.

Theres been a rise in the amount of burger places of late, no more does the standard chicken or 1/4 pounder cut it with the average foodie. Uptown Burger is one of the new restaurants in Leyton, located near Sahara Grill and the famous Gyms Kitchen.<br/><br/>Inside is a smallish bit nice space, large exposed brick wall and simple decor. I came here on a saturday afternoon, during which is a lunch special, classic american burger, chips and drink for £5.99<br/><br/>I ordered lamb chops, they were on the small side, but they were tasty, a BBQ style flavour to them. <br/><br/>The burger was a good size, there wasn't any gimmicks like loaded burgers (ilford) it was simple but tasty. It wasn't outstanding in terms of flavours, but it was very enjoyable.<br/><br/>I'd definitely come back again to try another burger off the main menu.<br/><br/>Food - 4<br/>Value - 4.5<br/>Service - 3.5<br/>Atmosphere - 3.5
