Why go to this Chippy above others? Simple, go for the sauce!
Delicious home made Turkish hot sauce, that is packed full of flavour. I don't know what is in it but it looked like a slow cooked stew of peppers,chillies, tomatoes,onions and carrots. The consistency was like a salsa and it came out of it's pot steaming hot. The meals here are around the same price as other local chippy, and portions are generous.

I was "dinning" there between 2006-2011 and to be honest its the best paki place in the whole europe.
being an imigrant from EU (Eastern Europe), Poland to be precise, i was always ordering "usual large" which ment chicken meat covered in hot sauce with salty-vinegar chips on the top.
4 quid and you are full and ready for a challange.
I am back in my hometown, Warsaw, now and miss the place very, very much.

Guy without a finger (dont know if he still wirks there) is a very good upseller. Should work in real estate :)
You could always buy some drinks next doors and splif on the corner and get wasted behind the fire brigade HQ.

Ok, if you want the best quality fish, chips and all other "proper" fast food, then Hussein's establishment CANNOT be beaten.
I was staying opposite and I had cod and chips every Friday for the six weeks that i was here.
And every time, the quality was very high, and the kind service of Hussein made me really happy, he went above and beyond in terms of customer service, he really values each person.
He and his assistant Suresh are a great team, I hope they have great success in their business.
They're going to remodel the interior to provide a seating area.
I thoroughly recommend everyone to support this community restaurant.

Absolutely amazing!! I live very close to them and went to order some veggie burgers and cod. It was fingerlicking. Love the chilli sauce and the chips.
Great chips and guys were friendly! So much better that the big chains restaurants! Will come again.

The food is this place is good but what makes it extra special is how nice the guys are that work in the shop. I've only been a few times and each time they have fried my fish fresh. Despite only going to the shop a few times each time I walk past the shop the guy remembers me and always waves at me. :)
A lovely little shop the food is grate and the staff are so friendly I will eat here again when I'm in London
