Really nice staff, coffee & dougnuts.
I was a little shocked that they don’t take actual money though.
Amazing matcha latte in a practical small place with 4 wall counter seats and a 6 seats table in the back. I have tried the pastries but they looked wonderful and creative, doughnuts were 5-7 pounds, cookies were around 3.
A colleague brought these daughnuts into work to share with the team and they were spectacular!! They were so good and so many varieties, we had to share almost all of them by cutting piaces from each just to try them all out. They come with a card that explains which is which and the ingredients. They are super fancy and sooo good!
Wow, I used to think that doughnuts are just doughnuts and they’re all sugary and yummy, but dang- I had the strawberry cheesecake doughnut from Crosstown and I’m gonna have to say it was the best doughnut I’ve ever had. The glaze is good, there’s plenty of the strawberry jam and I appreciate that it’s on the outside, not in the dough, but what brought it over the end for me was the seeds (I think poppy seeds?) baked in as part of the dough, a fun surprise that added another layer of flavour I didn’t know I was missing from other doughnuts. It tasted fresh and blew my mind!
My friend had the regular glazed doughnut which she usually gets as they’re THAT good. We also got a chai latte and latte respectively and my chai was good.
The guy working there was friendly enough, it just seemed he wasn’t too interested in a chat.
Would definitely make this my go-to doughnut shop!

Very lovely and tasty doughnuts though my husband said his matcha doughnut wasn’t very fresh, my sea salt caramel and banana cream doughnut is very tasty I like it very much, it’s just too small for me. Coffee and Soy chai latte is also very nice, I notice most people came in to buy doughnuts for takeout, so when we sat there to have our coffee and doughnut, we felt very peace and quiet,
First of all, they are open at 9 am nowadays. Not at 10 as says google 🙂

The doughnut was the softest. Absolutely loved it.
Also have to mention that my flat white was perfect temperature, as often in London the coffee temperature is boiling hot, here was amazing, or maybe j was just lucky.
Overall, I definitely liked it here.
Most delicious donuts I’ve ever had, especially the salt caramel-banana cream one! 😜 It is a decent size and the price is down to earth! Their oat latte was fantastic too. The staff is extremely helpful and even more friendly, talkative. I’ll be back very soon to try another lovely donut! Well done Crosstown Doughnuts! 👌
Great doughnuts with really interesting flavour combos. I’ve walked past many times and finally opted to try them. Customer service from Jones was brilliant - really friendly and helped me with a box of 6. Would happily go back!
I tried the cinnamon swirl vegan doughnut. It was delicious. Highly recommend. I will come here again to explore their numerous vegan options.
doughnuts are definitely pricy but worth a try! my favourite of the lot was the plain vanilla glazed. the pb&j, although the most popular, was slightly underwhelming. the cake doughnut specials for st pat's day were divine!
Another one of our favourite Xtowns - this one in central London. The barman was very nice and the coffee, ice cream, and doughnut are vegan the usual X-town standard. Also like the fact that it’s “hidden” from the busy Oxford Street. Love it
