I’ve been eating at this legendary fast-food joint since my early teens. Whenever I’m in the local area, I need to indulge in some food from here. They offer a variety of different meals, ranging from chicken burgers, spicy wings to even more mainstream south Asian dishes, such as lamb chops and biryani. The overall quality of their food cannot be compared to. It’s always fresh, portion sizes are very generous and the overall price to quality ratio is excellent. The food tastes really fresh and is always piping hot. The hot wings are one of my favourite. The place has a nice ambience to it and a general sense of a tight knit community feel. The restaurant is located within very close proximity to the underground, which has always made it very convenient for me to come. They are opened until very late but the food consistently remains fresh. The superstar of this place is the manager, Arif. He is a real asset to this business. Arif has excellent customer service skills: he’s always very friendly and helpful. When you have great staff, such as Arif, you want to come back even more. Any customer who walks in will usually be served by him and it’s always a positive experience. Thanks Arif! I’d recommend anyone visiting this area to check out PFC. One of the best chicken shops I’ve tried in east! I ordered the medium hot donner which was quite large and flavourful, not too much spice or sauce. The donner meat itself wasn’t the best quality but I didn’t expect it to be. The chicken burger was also pretty decent for london, obviously it can’t compete with Manchester spots like Miamis/shakebee but very good relative to most other chicken burgers in the area. Chips were bang on and wings were tasty aswell even if they were on the smaller side. As for the service, I ordered delivery but food was made quickly and packaged well, they even followed my additional notes so that was fantastic. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already.
