The milkshakes are nice, the prices decent however the customer service isn't brilliant. The place feels a bit run down tbh. A positive for vapers are that the products are sold here also.

We went to Milkshake City only to find out that it had been replaced by 'Shakes and Vapes'. The milkshake bar looked closed and the place didn't look very child friendly. We left without even going inside.

Very lovely experience , treated my son today after his football game . Had a delicious Oreo milkshake ! very polite staff seeing as my son took forever to decide his order . Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Only downside is the vape part of the shop is right at the front not really appealing to families . We will definitely be back again soon !

Had a milkshake, very happy with this. Taste was great. Good amount of skittles as well! Would definitely recommend to others and I would definitely go back again. I didn't use or try any of the vape stuff, so cannot comment on this. As the milkshake and vape shop is together, if you don't like smoke / vape, then you will not want to go in, as there will be smoke / vape inside. Therefore, based on this, I would not recommend children to go in here - assuming it will be illegal for children to entre, due to the smoke / vape. No you do not use tobacco products, but I'm sure you will use nicotine products, which if you read the packaging it is illegal for under 18's. You should look up the law. There was no air conditioning on, or any ventilation. Just the guy "chuffing" away on his vape. I have reduced this to a 1* and would put to zero, due to your incompetence. There are many other vape shops around and they CLEARLY state, no one under the age of 18. As a parent, I am appalled at this response and I would not let my child go to your shop, no matter how good the milkshake was!! LOOL - please read the owners response on negative reviews, hahaha. Actually made me laugh 😂😂.

Years ago this was a fun place to visit with your children for a treat. Over the years it has gone through a few refurbs and now I think it is the worst it has been. They added a vape area a good while back but it used to be at the back of the shop meaning you could go in and get a milkshake and avoid that area but now the vape part is closest to the door so there is no avoiding it. There is also a small seating area with two tables, but these are for use by the cape customers and the milkshake customers. One table appears to be pretty much permanently occupied by a group of men who spend the day sitting there chatting and doing who knows what. This leaves one table for customers. The milkshakes used to be really really good but now they are ok, good but no better than you can get in many other milkshake outlets. I understand the owners wanted to utilise the space and make as much money as they can but milkshakes and vaping do not go together. Even my son said that it was a strange place after our recent visit and that he hadn’t felt comfortable, he is eight. We will not be returning.

It used to be one of my favourite places on earth... but now the milkshake is not so great anymore and it got more expensive. Furthermore the owner is rude. I won't travel 2 hours to get a milkshake anymore

Lovely staff, nice chilled out place with comfy chairs. I like how Milkshake City is starting to expand and come up with bigger, better milkshake creations. However, it is a little bit pricey for what it essentially is.

Milkshakes are delicious and we'll worth going for. The staff are also helpful when I'm pondering what to buy. Laid back environment that makes a nice change to a cafe.
