Good coffee, good atmosphere. I had “over ice” mocha. I like it.

I've had coffee in many places all over Europe, but I can confidently say this was the best cappucino I've ever come across. And, much to my delight, they accepted Maestro cards!

The store opens at 08:30 and I was there dead on 08:30… I was THAT guy. However, the barista was super friendly and made a great coffee.

Great for a quick coffee before shopping or tubing. Not usually packed, strangely.

Coffee needed to be hotter. Toilet seat was loose although staff once informed acted accordingly.

The toilet looked very unclean and, unfortunately, I've noticed that in every Caffe Nero I've been. I think the management should do something about it, because even if the food and drinks are ok, the toilet problem makes you think if everything is clean enough.

Always got a bit of space if you are working remotely (as I often am when passing through) this has become a regular stop of mine to catch up on emails or a couple of calls. Friendly staff and the WiFi works great, what more could you need.

Coffee is good, I love the vegan raspberry croissant. It is vegan, but is so much better than an normal croissant. You have to try it! 5*

Cosy and conveniently located by the Hammersmith station. Staff is friendly and indeed really quick today.

Perfectly decent coffee/staff as usual, and a bit quieter than the coffee shops immediately in/by the station. 1 star off for lack of charging points, Nero's typical overpriced food and not very good pastries, and the seating could probably be a bit more efficient in the use of space.

Oh i remember café Nero as if it was yesterday. My everyday coffee stop. The best kind of coffee and i was rewarded few times a free drink since they also identify their loyal customers. The place is always always very crowded and it is still always very well organised. Their cookies are amazing! I cant wait to go back to london to enjoy that place.

Caffe Nero used to serve excellent coffee. The quality of the coffee làte as well as the cappuccino have deteriorated.

The velvet cake is too dry with the cream being any thing but creamy (rigid).

Get back to the original quality, they have turned too commercial.
