Thank you The Real Greek for your outstanding customer care. This was my first experience with The Real Greek restaurant and was absolutely amazing! . While shopping on borough market I popped into this restaurant, sat behind the bar and was immediately noticed by one of the restaurant representative, proposed drink, good wine and dishes. Karolina and Janusz were so professional and caring, understanding Customer’s needs to make my visit in this restaurant so pleasant and worth spending money on! Because of the professional service experience I have visited other chain restaurants while exploring London. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was spot on, reminiscent of a charming taverna I once visited in Santorini. The menu? A delightful journey of Greek classics. The moussaka was a standout – rich, flavorful, and just the right amount of creamy. But what truly made the night for me was the staff. Their warmth and genuine hospitality felt like a big, welcoming Greek hug. They were attentive, offered great recommendations, and genuinely seemed to care about every diner's experience. Honestly, I've tried many places in the city, but this one takes the crown. If you're in London and have a hankering for some top-tier Greek cuisine in a laid-back setting, this is your spot. Can't stress enough how awesome it was, and I'm already looking forward to my next meal there!

Best Greek food in town, hands down. Have visited on many occasions and never disappoints. We are quite picky eaters as we had weight loss surgery but the fact that you can order smaller dishes to share is perfect. All the food is fresh and absolutely delicious. Our server was friendly fun and knowledgeable about the food and gave us great recommendations. The fact that you can have a lovely meal with beautiful views of the river is just a bonus. Highly recommend

Was served by the very friendly and kind Sunny. He had great suggestions and made sure my friends and I had a splendid evening. The food was excellent as usual! The grilled chicken in tzatziki was to die for. We used our Unidays student discount which is a great offer on weekdays. Can’t wait to be back on a sunny day!

I had never tried Greek food before, but as my wife likes it and it was her birthday, we went to "The Real Greek" at Riverside to have my first experience with this food. The restaurant looks beautiful, with amazing views from the River Thames, clean, painted in white and blue and with a lot of space. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately assisted by one of the members of staff who took us to a table from which we could see the river. It was a little bit difficult to me to choose something from the menu as I didn't know what those dishes were, but thanks to the waiter who assisted us, I must say that my first experience in a Greek restaurant was more than great. I had a chicken wrap with Greek mustard and a bowl of rice with olive oil and tomato that was delicious. My wife went for cod and chips and fried breaded halloumi with honey and garlic. For dessert, caramel cheesecake that was also delicious. In conclusion, a great experience from all points of view. Delicious food, great customer service and a beautiful place.

Greek food is always amazing so I am a fan of the chain but this outlet just doesn’t live up to the chain’s high standards. Dishes to try for sure: 1. Baked butter beans and spinach (V, GF) 2. Vine leaf rice rolls (V, GF) 3. Orange cake (V) But what I didn’t like about the outlet- 1. Overpriced for very small portions 2. No set menu on weekends (others have it) 3. Flies and ants on the tables 4. Washroom needed a cleaning 5. Indoor lighting and decor a bit dark
