I love this particular place because of its location! I come to London frequently for business and I love to grab a coffee, a snack or lunch/dinner before my train to Oxford. The food is healthy and fool of goodness and staff very helpful (they showed me how to navigate the new touch screen order panels!) I also love their app which I'll use more in the future.

Not intimidating so great for first timers due to the simplicity but variety.

Great central location very close to Baker Street tube station. It was well stocked during lunch time with many veggie options. Food is always fresh and If you like Japanese then worth a visit.
There are self check outs now which make it faster to order or just pay for the grab to go bowls/boxes (though less tech savvy people may struggle with these). Didn’t interact with the staff as there was no need so can’t comment on the helpfulness of ITSU staff members.

Itsu are fine if you want quick sushi or a hot soup or something. Not very authentic but hits the spot. Wasabi are a better alternative. Prices have gone up. Nice branch near the station. Good choice. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Gyoza was nice. A bit bland but fine for a light snack dinner.

Amazing staff, greatly appreciated the help from Jose. Great staff member, and great food. Always fresh and taste amazing, you'll have a great meal here and all for a good price. There is also seating available and it isn't that busy, but I went during closing on a Sunday and the shop had roughly 10 people inside. Not bad I would say.

Itsu is the ultimate place for the quick yet healthy lunches( well breakfast or evening snacks too )! The service is swift, and it is absolute value for money. The outlet is great if you are in a group or just want to sit by yourself to enjoy your supper, plenty charging points for your laptops too. My Favourites are the Miso soup, Avocado maki roll and the green smoothie. More discounts if you a student from the University of Westminster. Keep Gobbling xxx

Great outlet which makes great Asian food, a nice little mock-Japan. Good value-for-money and fantastic tasting food. Definitely a great option if you work in the Marylebone area and need a break from the office.

Once again a quick, healthy safe bet when you're hungry and in a need a fast meal! You can easily find clean healthy dishes at super reasonable prices. All meals state exactly what's inside in terms of ingredients, nutritional information and calorie count - and it's reliably fresh. Recommend as takeout on-the-go.
