Shalamar - London - Photo album

Friendly staff, crispy chips and excellent customer service. A wonderful chicken shop with lovely seasoned food.
Shalamar is probably the best value for money restaurant I've used. They are unbeatable when it comes to ordering for large gatherings as the food is cooked fresh for collection and the flavours are always consistent. This isn't a high end fine dining type restaurant, but as a regular frequent food
Best place for making the most out of money and my god thats the best tandoori chicken and meat biryani i ever had. Put a smile on my face genuinely.
Went there with six other guys late last night on the point of closing time but the owner gave us all a warm handshake and let us stay and order. Wow! I have been to Asian restaurants all over the world and this one ranks foodwise as up there among the best. Everything we ordered was absolutely s
Never judge a book by its cover. This is very much an old school East London Pakistani restaurant/ takeaway. There are two sides to this restaurant, one fast food i.e donner and fried chicken and the other side is a Pakistani restaurant. The food is without doubt excellent and made fresh each day, h
Been coming here for years now this is the real authentic pakistani/Indian food. No messing about quality food. If you're after a proper donar desi style this is the place delicious food all the time. You must try there Halwa too damn its amazing. The firm favourite once you try you'll keel coming b
This place is the original and best kebab house . Originally known as Ahmads shalimar house and been in Hessal street for over 50 years . Original shop was across the road but still the same owner serving good Pakistani food at very keen prices . Its been there longer than other establishments like
I don't usually white reviews, but this kebab I had was one my bests' in my life. The amount I recieved, the great taste and the fair price just led me to write these words. Thank you!
Excellent Place. Been going here for over 25 years - the curries are some of the best I have eaten in the whole of London. I love the older man whom I presume is the owner.
Good curry house often over looked in the East End of London. Exterior/name might give you the impression of a run down fried chicken shop but the food inside is good. The curriers are all well spiced and would highly recommend the roti to accompany. You can bring your own alcohol in with no corkage
Excellent customer service, lovely food and value for money. If you want good food over looks, this is the best place to be
One of my favourite stops to get Byrhianni, Kebabs, chicken and lots of other traditional fast East end Indian / Pakistani quick bites, been going here for years, on the Commercial road near Cannon street road E1. Always Nice guys at the counter, , , see you next week,
Have been going there since I was little.. Not much to look at but food is great very cheap.. Kebab rolls are great and there kebabs on there own. Worth a try.
Forget brick lane. This is where you'll find authentic curries. I've been eating here for over 40 years. It's still worth the journey from leytonstone.
