So I spin the wheel for £1 and Gina the staff manager says I didn’t win when it was clearly on the Free Hot Drink. I’m not a cry baby but obviously I’m not happy with the fact that I won and just because Gina thinks it was on the line I no longer get a free drink. Rubbish. Never going here again. Al
The shop is inside the Heathrow airport. It is crowded and busy. Coffee is warm and nice.

Great staff and great coffee. Lots of vegan options available. I had a gingerbread latte vegan cookie and it was delicious. It is located inside a shopping centre.
Right in the centre of the mall. It’s a small mall so there is no food court. This is the only place to have a seat with a coffee and croissant.🥐 ☕️ The americano coffee is good and the almond croissant was tasty. 👍

I love this branch of Costa coffee right in the middle of the Broadwalk shopping centre in Edgware. Plenty of tables and air conditioned. Good choice of snacks and cakes. Friendly service and quickly served. Great place to stop in between shopping. Highly recommended by me !

The service from the two ladies was very pleasant. The coffee was delicious and the costa is well placed in the shopping centre. Overall it's a nice place to get a coffee :).

Not entirely sure if you can go wrong with a beverage shop as they all do the same thing really, I give this review a 4 only because the environment wasn't really too great but its not Costas fault just silly people around I apologise for the scrutinis
