As a vegetarian 🌱 I’m always on the look out for a variety of options and Poke House doesn’t disappoint. 💯
🥣 You can order pre-set medium or large bow or build your own. For non-vegans/ vegetarians: They have salmon, chicken and tuna to choose from.
I ordered a medium vegan bowl (and found it to be filling enough for lunch). ☑️ Inside was quinoa, kale, carrots, vegan nuggets, chickpeas, avocado, teriyaki dressing, almonds and sesame seeds.

🥤 They also have a refrigerator with a range of fizzy drinks (I recommend trying the Yuzu soda).
🪑 It’s a small restaurant with 3/4 seats inside and a few tables and chairs outside. I’d recommend sitting outside so you don’t feel in the way of customers queuing to order their bowls.

There are alcoholic beverages on the menu 🤔 and when I asked out of curiosity they said they didn’t have any in stock — just to note if that’s what you’re looking for. 😊
Poke House is probably my favourite place to eat in Spitalfields. It offers so many bowl recipes that are all amazing, and you can even create your own bowl from scratch and personalise as much as you want! Salmon and prawn are the best proteins in my opinion and I recommend that you try the sauces before you pick for the first time, as I was surprised by how good they all are. They are pet friendly and the restaurant has space to sit and dine in. Very much recommended if you are looking for a fast and healthy meal. 😊

I made my own poke bowl and I recommend doing that. You can choose whatever you want for almost the same price as the ones in their menu. Place was packed but fast. Overall I would go back.
I’ve been going to this shop for a while, the food is always fresh and up to expectations. On top of that the service is always great, Raffa has been an amazing host every time I’ve been there.

Fantastic. After a recent Gluten Allergy, I had a fantastic experience being coached through what I could have and the best combos. Thoroughly enjoyed the food too. Would recommend!
There were four of us - three generations. We were served promptly. I had a question about one of the dishes and my question was answered to my satisfaction. I wanted to make a change to my poke bowl and the change was accommodated with no fuss. I would definitely go again and the food was tasty. We all enjoyed our various dishes.
I have been going to Poke House (ex Ahi Poke) for years now but today was my first time at the Spitalfields branch and I had a great experience. Even though it was quite busy, the staff were very well coordinated and extremely lovely. A particular thank you to Tajri who really brightened up my day. Highly recommend!
