Amazing team, shout out to Duke and Nikki for being the greatest. Good selection of snack, drinks and coffee. If you need your bike fixed or just to grab a coffee near West Brompton station this is your place

The lady was very kind, explaining and ordering all the items I needed to install my wheel, considering my limited bike knowledge. Installation was very quick, and their blue matcha latte is the best hot drink I've ever had.

I popped in a week ago for a last minute bike service which they turned around the same day. They had the courtesy to call me before they did the job to let me know how much it would cost. Very happy with the result. Lovely staff.

The staff is great and extremely knowledgeable. Nicky and Duke have assisted me in buying a beautiful second hand bike that have been completely refurbished by them. It is a stunning bike and I cannot wait to start using it!
On top of that, they have a bar inside where enjoy delicious coffee whilst deciding what bike to buy ☺️ or to grab a sandwich on the go!

I had test rides of Volt electric bike. The lady was helpful and was not pushy about making a sale.
I left having my a good idea about Volt bikes. I will think before deciding which bike to buy.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I’ve used them many times and always very happy with the results. I totally recommend them.

Over the years I have spent a lot of money with another bike company over in Chelsea and never fell happy with the service or quality of work. Now I have tried Pedal Back Cycling and it is a hidden gem for bike owners that appreciate quality and high standards of service. They serviced my bike twice now and both times he has exceeded my expectations. They are upfront with the cost, you leave with a copy of the estimate and there are no surprises (oh and you get a lovely coffee too as well as cake). A great find - thank you!

Awesome cafe, amazing coffee. Ria and Nicky have created a lovely cafe with delicious coffee and tasty food. They stock some really cool independent cycling brands that are difficult to find anywhere else - so well worth taking a look if you're wanting to increase your style on your commute or weekend spin.
