The lady was very kind, explaining and ordering all the items I needed to install my wheel, considering my limited bike knowledge. Installation was very quick, and their blue matcha latte is the best hot drink I've ever had.

Over the years I have spent a lot of money with another bike company over in Chelsea and never fell happy with the service or quality of work. Now I have tried Pedal Back Cycling and it is a hidden gem for bike owners that appreciate quality and high standards of service. They serviced my bike twice now and both times he has exceeded my expectations. They are upfront with the cost, you leave with a copy of the estimate and there are no surprises (oh and you get a lovely coffee too as well as cake). A great find - thank you!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I’ve used them many times and always very happy with the results. I totally recommend them.

The staff is great and extremely knowledgeable. Nicky and Duke have assisted me in buying a beautiful second hand bike that have been completely refurbished by them. It is a stunning bike and I cannot wait to start using it! On top of that, they have a bar inside where enjoy delicious coffee whilst deciding what bike to buy ☺️ or to grab a sandwich on the go! I had test rides of Volt electric bike. The lady was helpful and was not pushy about making a sale. I left having my a good idea about Volt bikes. I will think before deciding which bike to buy. Highly recommend for bicycle servicing and if you want to buy a bike. Helpful people.

Awesome cafe, amazing coffee. Ria and Nicky have created a lovely cafe with delicious coffee and tasty food. They stock some really cool independent cycling brands that are difficult to find anywhere else - so well worth taking a look if you're wanting to increase your style on your commute or weekend spin.
