I'm a Costa coffee drinker.. and this branch is great for finding a relaxing corner sipping a coffee, latte or a quick bite to eat.

Staff does a great job, including dealing with the occasional difficult customer. I enjoy stopping by here when running errands around Catford. Appreciate the seasonal offerings!

Its just a regular Costa but the lovely staff on weekdays morning shift are lovely, always make you feel welcomed. There were a group of staff seem to have left, they were lovely too they could remember customers favourite drinks.

Was able to get my smoothie quickly, and for a fair price for medium. I was able to get it with out the cream on top and overal tasted amazing. The pearls are abit hard but beyond that it’s very delicious

I have been most of the time in this Costa coffee branch, when ever I pass through catford. Employers are very helpful and they treated me very nice at all the time. Specially Romina and Ida. Highly requested to see further promote. Thank you both of you very much…..

I've been here before, but I don't remember coming on my own, I had some coursework to do, their new frappe menu caught my eye.
I ordered a caramel almond iced velvet drink (with coffee) from their new frappe menu, (as with anything you try for the 1st time, one runs the risk of not enjoying it) and while it was nice and cold, it wasn't what I thought it would be, I went up to order sometimes else and was asked if I didn't like the 1st drink, I said it was okay, but I got given the next drink free! Even though I'd gulped half the 1st drink already.
(2nd drink was the chocolate fudge brownie frappe with cream, no coffee)
Excellent customer service that is rare to find elsewhere, if I could give 6 stars I would 😄😄
I'd definitely come back here in a heartbeat.
