Ordering for a work event is never easy. I left a message at New Fetter Lane branch Pizza Express to find out about ordering for an event and I was not expecting a call back and Eva who was the shift manage returned my call and explained to me that it would be easier to send pre order email.
On the day I had to call Eva multiple times to amend the orders also to reduce the quantity. Eva was very accommodative. I really appreciate the calls to confirm the order I made and also patiently helping me out with all my queries. Pizza was really nice and every one enjoyed it.
Eva even helped me to carry the boxes to my work place since I didn't have any help.

Really quick service which was good for a working lunch. Tasty pizza with a nice selection. My friend had a nicoise salad which looked really lovely. Generous portions but not over the top. Good selection of drinks and very clean

The Romana Margherita Is actually good, I find annoying tough those places that almost force you to tip, and this is one of those places.
At the end, for the same price, you can have better pizza but overall the experience at pizza express is always consistent and more than decent.

We visit Pizza Express quite regularly as we have a toddler and they’re always very accommodating - Which makes it far more relaxing as a parent - On top of that, the food is good. In this branch the food was particularly good and the service went above and beyond to engage with our child - which made us all happy.

Pretty busy on a Friday lunchtime, I think we got the last table! The food was good and the staff really friendly. You can usually find offers online so remember to check before you pay.

Enjoyed the two course offer - can't visit without a voucher... wasn't able to get in the packed St Pauls branch so headed here to find a really pleasant atmosphere, busy but not crowded.

Good place to grab pizza, whether it's with work colleagues or friends and family. Pizza Express often do vouchers so be sure to do some research and you'll make a decent saving on most of your trips. Good service here, though we were there when it wasn't particularly busy on a Wednesday night.

Stopped here while working in London for the day. Though it was very busy and we did not have a reservation they managed to find us space. The service was quick and efficient and the food was well cooked. It was very clean. Perfect place for a quick pizza.

I visited this Pizza Express with a friend early in the lunch period so there were lots of empty table. By the time we left it was quite full. The staff were polite and the food was good as always.

The absolute best pizza express not only in London but any I've tried in the North and south of England. The staff are friendly, fast and brilliant.
I'd recommend this place for anything.
4pm any week day for a quiet bite, but even at their peak hours 12-3pm they'll always find you a seat fast.
Seems more like a family business than a chain restaurant.
