Came to Pret to do my writing work. Due to the governments Eat Out campaign, all dine-in treats were 50% off. This worked well and the sale was reduced from my bill without prompting. Good, spacious seating area for people wanting to get some work done. Seats were slightly messy and scattered around in a way that made the place look less classy than it could have been. Otherwise, the cappuccino and baguette I had were excellent.
Well, it's a Pret so you know what you're getting. However, this particular Pret is pretty large with plenty of seating and the staff are always friendly. Location is handy, right on the high street. One of the better chains in Putney.
You know what you're going to get, but the staff and cleanliness is very very good. Great for a quick flat white after work.
Visited here whilst in Putney on a Friday lunchtime. Very busy at the tills but staff are efficient.
Lots more seating in this branch than it first appears. Other than the initial seating you can see there is a big space at the back of the shop behind the tills as well as on another floor.
Despite being busy the tables were being kept clean which is great.
Various new flavour wraps and sandwiches on offer in November in preparation for Xmas. I had a new falafel and avocado wrap with chipotle sauce which was good.
Really like their seltzers. They are quite bitter so maybe not everyone’s choice but I think they are great as no sugar and great taste. The spelt and oat cookies were lovely.
I was served by a lovely person who I believe is called Hamza. I wasn’t having the best day but he really made an effort to compliment me and ask me about myself in a very genuine way. You can tell he really cares about connecting with others. Also, the food was great. Thanks!
Pret is the best of the chain cafés. Good, fresh food in light airy environments with free water and WiFi and the Pret Foundation does genuinely good work with those on the margins. I know because I work with a charity that has seen some of the people we've been housing helped back into work on their shooting stars apprenticeship scheme, and they've dropped off surplus sandwiches at our Webber Street day centre.
Whilst others are multinationals going through the motions, Pret are the real thing so I go out of my way to find their store and savour their coffee!
Their juices are fantastic, so if you normally only go in for a coffee make sure you try one out
Polite staff, regular stock up. Two pay machine was a disappointment wanting pin & rejecting payment. It can be embarrassing

This is my main go to Pret branch, it has a nice warm atmosphere.
The staff members are very polite and friendly and serve you with a smile everyday and you automatically feel welcome.
They also have a good memory knowing my order since I am a regular and loyal customer.
It has lots of space inside and nice seating space also towards the back of the store as well as a wide range of products to choose from.
My favourite barista has to be Theodore since he makes my drink just the way I like it.
However the other staff members are very likeable so I am always happy to go here.
I have been using Pret in Putney, London for 2 weeks and the staff are amazing. They seem happy, moral is high, the vibes are great and the customer service is excellent. I can’t recommend them any more. I’m really impressed.
