Visited here whilst in Putney on a Friday lunchtime. Very busy at the tills but staff are efficient.
Lots more seating in this branch than it first appears. Other than the initial seating you can see there is a big space at the back of the shop behind the tills as well as on another floor.

I was served by a lovely person who I believe is called Hamza. I wasn’t having the best day but he really made an effort to compliment me and ask me about myself in a very genuine way. You can tell he really cares about connecting with others. Also, the food was great. Thanks!
Pret is the best of the chain cafés. Good, fresh food in light airy environments with free water and WiFi and the Pret Foundation does genuinely good work with those on the margins. This is my main go to Pret branch, it has a nice warm atmosphere.
The staff members are very polite and friendly and serve you with a smile everyday and you automatically feel welcome.
They also have a good memory knowing my order since I am a regular and loyal customer.

I have been using Pret in Putney, London for 2 weeks and the staff are amazing. They seem happy, moral is high, the vibes are great and the customer service is excellent. I can’t recommend them any more. I’m really impressed.

The review is really based on service, great team I don't care for the coffee and the food is always of the quality you would expect but place was clean an tidy much larger in the back very relaxing.
The staff here are always friendly! Rita the manager always does her upmost to make us feel welcome. Our favourite barista is Mimet, the coffee is always perfect! Antonio always has a big smile!
