Just like every Starbucks. Over-crowded and under-staffed. The staff do their best to cope with the onslaught and being Starbucks the coffee is.. well Starbucks coffee.

I wanted to buy a Starbucks mug to take home, unfortunately it wasn’t processed in the till so I had to wait a little while whilst the technical issues were sorted. Not a problem at all.
The staff were so lovely that they gave me a free venti drink of my choice as a sorry for the wait, which was so very sweet of them. Despite me only waiting for about 10 minutes
I got my mug , a free drink. Very happy. Thank you guys :)

Freshly prepared Barista coffee with lot of passion to make best cup,Great job. Good customer service from other staff at Cafe. Atmosphere is brilliant because cafe is inside Brent Cross shopping centre near Bus station entrance.

Today I went Starbucks and asked for a different drink when I first got served by this lady she was so rude and dismissed me straight away. However a guy called Patrick who worked there asked me what I was asking for and he double checked with his colleagues and he was able to make it for me. It was the fact that the lady was so rude! So thank you Patrick for the kinder style drink!!

I go to Starbucks at Brent Cross shopping centre a lot my friend veronica loves it there and now I do to.
