Great service, exceptional service from the manager who was actively customer facing and even kept us constantly updated regarding our food as it was 5 minutes late. She offered us complimentary olives while we waited. Great communication, dealt with the delay perfectly. She manages a great bunch of staff. Best Nando’s I’ve been to in the country by far, highly recommend!

I had an unexpectedly delightful experience during my visit to Nando's today. The new staff members were exceptionally polite and professional, and I must say the manager stood out as truly awesome! Moreover, I found the food to be even better than before. It seems that the management is putting in great efforts to improve everything, from the quality of the food to the level of customer service. Came with my friends from work and a fantastic staff called Reece was full of joy and patient with us he was so kind and spoke in a beautiful manner the rest of the staff was full of vibes and weren’t boring shout to Reece with his fleeky eyebrows looking good xxx
