Sunday morning in Archway. Headed here to grab an Oat Latte.
It was quiet when I arrived but within a minute, the queue started getting much longer. 3 staff members on site, one server, one batista and one making the delivery orders!
First visit here, queue didn't take long to get served. Gave my order, but you could tell the server wanted to encourage you order something to eat.
Within 5 minutes the drink was done, what didn't help was, the staff didn't stress it was oat latte, it was only until I questioned it, he mentioned my name! Next time I will ask staff to make my latte more hot as it wasn't temperature hot enough.
Aside from that, the layout and presentation of this place was good, just one thing. Can you ensure the seating area is wiped down please?
It has been hot lately and I come regularly just for the AC. It’s great, especially downstairs that you might need put on an extra layer to not be too cold.
Sanitation can be improved though.

Staff was really friendly and as usual one of the best coffee shop in the Town. Specially for quick break or small meeting. Very nice place

One of the cleanest Starbucks stores I’ve been in. It lacks outdoor areas and the upper floor area can be a bit chilly during non - summer months.
The lads working there are super friendly and a young lady working there helped my clean my mug after I accidentally spilt some contents of my PSL. Team members seems to be getting along really nicely with each other and is nice to see people happy at their work.
The lounge area below with super comfy sofas and great lighting is just simply an amazing space if you wanna catch up with your friend or do some work on your Mac or even PC as there are a few sockets downstairs.

Wooden spoon are great at Starbucks
The first time in a long time I’ve been greeted with a ‘how are you’ when grabbing a Starbucks… this alone gets them a star, plus another one for the smile when I got my drink. One could argue that should be standard when paying nearly 4 quid for a medium drink… but I won’t go there.
Service was rapid and drink was made properly.
Only knocking them down for the seating area which desperately needed a clean. Pretty much the norm for any high street coffee chain, especially in Central
Side note - be careful at the traffic lights opposite. Electric scooters and delivery drivers on bikes ignore the lights
I had a short course at Archway and been going to this Starbucks since and today was my last day. I really love Starbucks and know how hard it is to work as a Starbucks Partner and just wanted to thank Fabi and Lucky for always making my drinks beautifully and thank you to Ksenia and Julia for always grinding my coffee every week. You guys will be missed. Wishing your team there at Archway all the best. Lots of love 💚

Watermelon was not fresh and after I had tasted it, it gave me an upset stomach. Staff were very helpful and apologetic.
Friendly staff and the place is kept clean. I only get coffee and no complaints there
