I stopped there with my friend for lunch on my way to the British muesuem, i have enjoyed a really delicious plate of fresh mixed salad, and my friend enjoyed the ckicken dish which was very tasty, lovely selection of cakes specially the banoffee pie and opra cake,delicious layers of chocolate and coffee mousses, great quick service as well, will definitely go back.

I don't know about the English breakfast but they offer fresh salmon and tasty Spanish tapas. The coffee is awesome and restaurant is clean. The stuff is very friendly and there is free WiFi. So I don't understand the bad ratings. For me it's a 5 star experience.

Flew into London early this morning and needed breakfast and coffee immediately! So so happy we discovered this charming place. The staff was so friendly, neat and clean dining space and the food was TERRIFIC!! We had the vegetarian full English breakfast and loved every bite. The coffee was amazing! We met the owner and he was so nice and helpful with suggestions on what to do during our stay. We will be in London for a week and will definitely come back to Mauve!!!!

The full English breakfast was spot on and only 6 quid! the americano coffee was also very strong, gave me plenty of energy for the British museum which is only a few minutes away. The service was fast and friendly, many thanks.

Very good English breakfast. Fast and kind service. To the anonymous maid who served me : let me tell you you've enlightened my sleepy morning with your smile and your attention 🇬🇧👍. Free Wi-Fi. The only minus thing for me : noise of the street.
