Absolutely amazing! Food exceptional and very good prices. I want to give a big shoutout to the member of staff who was at the door greeting everyone and making sure that everyone was able to use the machines and even offered to take my bowl to the non once finished which I thought was fantastic service. Will be coming back often.

The soft miso soup is fine with you directly to arrange such a warrior for me to digest this melted taster as well as free from viruses and other required networking.

I visited this Itsu store to enjoy a lovely lunch on my own away from the shoppers. I had a Teriyaki chicken rice bowl that came with some salad and this was a healthy treat. Though the meal temperature wasn’t hot and some rice grains were crusty/ hard, I was still able to enjoy my meal in a nice, clean and tidy environment away from the noise. Easy to order kiosks / self serve machines with the option to customise your meal and very short waiting time from order to collection.

Excellent food ⭐️, also excellent service⭐️, very comfortable ⭐️, clean, organized space⭐️, the food was ready quickly, I tried several dishes, thai chicken rice, miso, chicken spring, warm salad chicken and sashimi of excellent quality⭐️ . This Itsu is really differentiated and I will recommend it on my YouTube travel channel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the food at Itsu but is way over priced and due to now having to.order at touch screen terminals there is zero interaction with staff.

I often have a take-away from Itsu and it amazes me how quickly it always comes. I love their sushi boxes. Maybe to add a bit more variety would be good.
