I have only once been to Nandos with my grandchildren and I was navigating this experience on my own. I couldn't cope with the concept of ordering with a QR code but the kind young waitor explained I could order at the till. I felt very welcome and I loved my meal.

Hello lovely’s 🌹, ive been here many times, I love Nandos. I have the Hot chicken wrap with spicy rice and coleslaw. quality food. medium and hot chilli sauces is 10/10. Its halal which is highly important for me. clean environment, staff members are polite and customer service is 10/10. A++++++++
Went with my family for a meal for a break from Christmas Day leftovers! There was a bit of a wait as it was busy, but the staff were really helpful. I opted for the Sunset burger with the Maple & Orange glaze, which was so good! The portion size of the sides is definitely better than previous visit
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The lady that took our order gave us a free Rooibus drink which went down very well. I had the great imitator wrap. Which really good. Definitely the vegan version of chicken I have tasted so far. I would definitely have it again.

I went to this particular Nando's outlet when they just opened for lunch, hence there was plenty of space and the toilets were clean, service was fast.
The food, well, what can I say, I am a Nando's fan and always love their spicy rice a coleslaw which are as unique as theor sauces.

Came along and despite them being very busy the manager (i assume on the till) along with his entire staff were exceptional in handling all the hungry diners with a smile and not one staff appeared unhappy to be at work. Excellent leadership in action.
